

Valeria Rueda is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Nottingham. She obtained her Ph.D. from Sciences Po, Paris. Her research focuses on deep-rooted determinants of development, with a particular interest in culture. She is currently working on gender and women's economic and political empowerment.
