Chinmaya Kumar is a graduate student at University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy. Previously he was Country Economist at IGC India Bihar. He holds an M Phil degree in Development Studies from the University of Oxford, where he was a Rhodes Scholar. He has an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Delhi.
