Philipp Kastrau is an Economist at IDinsight, based in Nairobi, Kenya. His work is focused on ensuring that evaluations and other client services IDinsight provides are technically rigorous. He is also involved in the technical training of IDinsight’s staff. Philipp holds a PhD in Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
