Zoe Yang is an Assistant Professor of Real Estate at the CUHK Business School, Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her research focuses on urban economics, real estate, sustainability, and Chinese economy. She received her Ph.D. in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore in 2018, an M.Sc. in Urban Land Economics in 2014, and a B.Comm. with Honours in Finance and Real Estate in 2012 from the University of British Columbia. Zoe Yang holds several editorial roles, including serving as Co-Editor of Regional Science and Urban Economics.
