

Ludvig Wier holds a PhD in economics from the University of Copenhagen. He currently works as a Director at the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Prior to that, he was Head of Secretariat at the Danish Ministry of Finance and a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer at UC Berkeley. He has also worked as a consultant to the Boston Consulting Group and IMF. Finally, he is the founder of Economists Without Borders. His research and teaching relates to taxation, development and inequality.
