Natasha Gue is a humanitarian researcher and programme manager with experience across Latin America, the Middle East, and South Asia. She is currently a manager within the Systems Innovation and Change team at Start Network, focusing on locally led action, innovation, and systems change in humanitarian action. Her work spans programme management and design, field research, programme evaluation, and presenting at global forums. Natasha has previously managed health programmes in Panama and conducted community-led research in Jordan, Nepal, and India.
