David Burt currently serves as Head of Evidence and Learning at the Start Network, where he leads impact measurement and learning across global humanitarian initiatives. With over a decade of experience, including senior roles at Save the Children and World Vision, he has managed large-scale initiatives, developed MEAL frameworks, and provided technical support to NGOs across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. He has a focus on strategic leadership, cross-functional team management, and a strong grounding in both qualitative and quantitative methods.
