Douglas Kazibwe works in the World Bank's Office of the Chief Economist, Africa Region. His research interests lie in Development Economics, the Economics of Education, and Labour Economics. His research focuses on education expansion programs, economic empowerment, firm dynamics and employment in low-income countries. Douglas holds a Ph.D in Economics from Deakin University.
